Cancellations and deposits

So we asked please give us 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment if not then we would ask you to pay 50% of that appointment unfortunately this has not worked. From February 2024 we will be asking for a 30% deposit this will be taken over the phone by card payment and bank transfer for those on Instagram.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment please give us 48 hours notice, your deposit will be moved to your next appointment with the required notice period. if you do NOT give us 48 hours notice, then you will, unfortunately, LOSE your deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Terms and Conditions – Appointment Deposits

1. Deposit Requirement

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. Deposit Amount

The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.

3. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

4. Forfeiture of Deposit

Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified 48-hour period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

6. Deposit Application

The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service upon completion.

7. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

8. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Payment Methods

Deposits can be made using the accepted payment methods outlined by card payment over the phone or by bank transfer.

10. Communication

All communications regarding cancellations or rescheduling should be directed to Esh Town if you have any questions.
